Alumni

Established in May 2021, the Emerging Public Leaders of Ghana Alumni Network (EPLAN) was founded by the Emerging Public Leaders of Ghana (EPL Ghana) following the graduation of its inaugural Cohort of Public Service Fellows from its Public Service Fellowship programme. To date, EPLAN has 80 members who continue to think critically, act ethically and drive change in Ghana’s Public Service. The establishment of the Annual End-of-Year Alumni Convening aims to bring together members of the association for a strategic discourse on the association’s goals and foster enhanced networking and camaraderie among the Alumni community.

EPLAN (Emerging Public Leaders Alumni Network)

Our Alumni continue to make a lasting impact, influencing public service excellence in Ghana and beyond. They are shaping the landscape of public sector service leadership for a better tomorrow.

Emerging Public Leaders Alumni Network (EPLAN) exists to facilitate the personal and professional development of EPLAN members and to improve public service delivery in Ghana; it will pursue these objectives with the support of EPL Ghana through close engagement with the leadership of EPL Ghana.

Vision

To be a network of ethical public servants committed to excellence; who act as catalysts to drive systemic change in Africa’s public sector.
