Empowering Ghana's Future Leaders for Lasting Change

In 2023, Emerging Public Leaders of Ghana introduced a unique one-year Public Sector Fellowship for young professionals. This ground-breaking programme recruited 25 passionate individuals driven to enhance governance within the Public Sector and policy-influencing organizations.

Since 2018, Emerging Public Leaders of Ghana run a two-year Public Sector Fellowship programme, designed to nurture and empower high-achieving Ghanaian university graduates with leadership skills to strengthen Public Institutional capacity. In a strategic alliance with the National Service Scheme (NSS), the Public Sector Fellowship fulfils the mandatory NSS requirements within the first year of the programme. The second year offers full-time absorption for our exceptional Fellows into the Public Sector. This synergy allows us to integrate our young, passionate talents into impactful careers.
