PROJECTS
At Emerging Public Leaders of Ghana, our projects are designed to strengthen public institutions and equip young professionals to lead change. From our flagship Public Service Fellowship to targeted initiatives with government and policy partners, each project advances our mission of building accountable, effective and people-centred governance.

Public Service Fellowship
The Emerging Public Leaders of Ghana (EPL Ghana) Public Service Fellowship is a transformative one-year journey of growth, innovation, and leadership. It begins with a rigorous and highly competitive selection process designed to identify exceptional individuals who exemplify our values of excellence, integrity, leadership, and community service.

Women on the Rise
The Women on the Rise Project is a transformative initiative addressing systemic barriers that prevent women from leadership in Ghana’s Public Service. Initiated in 2024, the project is influencing structural changes to promote gender equality, strengthen institutional commitment, and ensure sustained investment in women’s professional development in partnership with the Government of Ghana through the Office of the Head of Civil Service (OHCS) with funding support from Co-Impact.

P.E.A.C.E
The Professional Engaged Against Conflict & Endangerment (P.E.A.C.E) Fellowship is a 12-month initiative led by Emerging Public Leaders of Ghana, funded by the U.S. Embassy in Ghana. The Fellowship equips security service professionals and community leaders in Northern Ghana with leadership, negotiation, and peacebuilding skills to strengthen civilian-security relations and promote lasting peace.
