Strengthening Civilian‑Security Relations in At‑Risk Communities
The Professionals Engaged Against Conflicts & Endangerments (P.E.A.C.E) Fellowship is a 12-month initiative implemented to enhance peace, security service delivery and upskill public sector security professionals and to provide critical security services in the Northern, Upper East, and North East regions of Ghana through a series of trainings and community engagements.
The program aimed to enhance the service delivery of Ghana's critical security agencies in at risk-communities in northern Ghana, and by increasing the capacity of young professionals, community leaders, and young people to resolve and de-escalate community conflict
